Your bank and your invoices, reconciled on their own.

FacturaHub's automatic bank reconciliation connects your bank account to your invoicing through PSD2, the European open-banking regulation. The connection runs through Powens, a licensed and supervised AISP aggregator — FacturaHub never sees your bank credentials and cannot move money: it only reads transactions. From that moment, every payment and charge in your account flows into FacturaHub on its own, with zero typing.

What the AI does with those transactions: if an incoming payment matches a pending invoice (amount, date, client), it marks it as paid and pings you on WhatsApp — "3,180 € payment reconciled with F-2026-014". If it detects a charge (fuel, software, supplier), it suggests recording it as an expense with its category and input VAT, ready to deduct in the Modelo 303. You just confirm or dismiss the suggestion with one tap.

The practical result: payment tracking runs itself. You know who has paid and who hasn't without checking the bank by hand, overdue invoices separate from paid ones in real time, and your input VAT stops leaking through forgotten charges. At quarter close, the Modelo 303 draft already reflects what actually went through the bank.

It changes things for your accountant too: instead of a box of receipts and an uncrossed bank statement, they get paid invoices, expenses with VAT and the box-by-box breakdown — exportable as CSV and PDF, or visible in real time with read-only access.

The bank connection, invoicing, OCR expenses, the Modelo 303 and Verifactu are all free and unlimited. The only thing metered is AI (25 free actions per month; expenses the AI suggests from a transaction count as an AI action). And when Verifactu becomes mandatory (January 2027 companies, July 2027 freelancers), it activates with zero migration.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to connect my bank?

Yes. The connection uses PSD2 (European open banking) through Powens, a licensed and supervised AISP aggregator. FacturaHub never sees your credentials and access is read-only: it can read transactions, not move money. You can disconnect the bank whenever you want.

Which banks can I connect?

The main Spanish and European banks covered by the Powens network — from major banks to neobanks. When connecting, you pick your bank from the list and authenticate directly with it.

Can I connect Stripe?

Yes. Besides banks, the Powens network includes payment platforms like Stripe: you connect it just like a bank account and your Stripe payments flow in and reconcile with their invoices automatically. Handy if you charge subscriptions or online sales.

What if a transaction doesn't match any invoice?

The AI shows it as a pending suggestion: you can turn it into an expense, link it to an invoice manually or dismiss it. Nothing is recorded without your confirmation.

Does the bank connection cost anything?

No. The bank connection is free, just like invoices with IVA/IRPF, OCR expenses and the Modelo 303. The only thing metered is AI: 25 free actions per month and, if you need more, one-off token packs.
